Welcome to our Blog

 Welcome to Chloe and Madeline's blog! We will be exploring research and providing potential resources and strategies to serve our ELL students. We will be posting a blog once a week starting in March of 2021, and we invite pre-service teachers, veteran teachers, parents, and anyone who might find this blog useful to share with us. This blog will feature posts regarding research, including topics such as: characteristics of English language learners, (as well as stereotypes of these students), their challenges and struggles, literacy learning possibilities and activities, potential learning environments, and teacher practices to support literacy learning. We will also present teacher resources and parent materials to support ELL students. We look forward to posting and providing as much information as we can!
